NBA Ramblings on the Sarcastic Side
By Goose
The Cavaliers have traded Andre Miller to the L.A. Clippers for Darius
Miles. This was a wise move for the Cavaliers, because fantastic PGs like
Miller are a dime a dozen these days, while tall, athletic SFs yet to reach
their potential are few and far between...
The Cavaliers are now rumoured to be looking at dealing Zydrunas for a 6'2
tweener SG/PG to join Wagner in the backcourt.
In a turn of events that has shocked the NBA and it's fans, Derrick Coleman was
arrested for driving 30mph over the speed limit while intoxicated. Young Coleman
fans all over Philadelphia were said to be "shattered," losing all faith in one
of the NBA's great role models.
The Boston Celtics, realizing they still had some young players they hadn't traded
away, sent Joe Forte and Kenny Anderson to Seattle for Shammond Williams. Williams
is best known for his big ass 'fro, but apparently he can play basketball, too.
Vin Baker was thrown in to make the salaries work.
Nate Huffman is the embodiment of intimidation.
Rashard Lewis has a tough decision ahead of him. Less court time and less
money in Dallas, or all the court time he wants and lots more money to stay
in Seattle. It's decisions like this that make me ever the more grateful
that I don't get paid millions of dollares to play basketball for a living.
Danny Ferry. Trajan Langdon. As a Cavaliers fan, these are the names that haunt
me.
