Each Team's Top Statistical Category

Based on statistics, we present a list of the categories that each team excels at above all other categories. In other words, what each team is best at. If a team is #1 in the entire league for a particular category, it's noted. Everything is Per Game, not totals. Defensive stuff is not included, we're talking about what teams do, not what their opponents do.

Atlanta: Free throw percentage

Boston: Steals (#1 in league)

Charlotte: Rebounds

Chicago: Steals

Cleveland: 3-point field goal percentage

Dallas: Points (#1), Free throw percentage (#1), turnovers (#1)

Denver: Offensive rebounds

Detroit: Blocks

Golden State: Rebounds (#1), Offensive rebounds (#1)

Houston: Committing fouls (#1). (they aren't top 15 in anything positive, sorry)

Indiana: Defensive rebounds and assists (tie)

LA Clippers: Blocks (#2)

LA Lakers: Committing turnovers, points

Memphis: Committing fouls, then steals

Miami: Defensive rebounds (only 13th in it, but it's their highest ranking)

Milwaukee: Field goal percentage

Minnesota: Assists (#1), then Field goal AND free throw percentage (#2 in both)

New Jersey: Assists

New York: Free throw percentage

Orlando: Points

Philadelphia: Offensive rebounds (#2) then FT% (#3), Rebounds (#3), Steals (#3)

Phoenix: Steals

Portland: Assists

Sacramento: Defensive rebounds (#1), Points (#2), Rebounds (#2), Committing fouls (#2)

San Antonio: Blocks (#1)

Seattle: Field goal percentage (#1), 3-point field goal percentage (#2)
