Up, Wait, We've Been Through This Already

Oh. Wait a
minute... when considering the Bibby trade, there is another Arizona pg
that comes to mind: Damon Stoudamire. He was putting up big numbers in
Toronto. When he moved on to a playoff team, what happened?
All of the
pressure was on him to lead the Blazers to the finals. He still hasn't
delivered, and his scoring days are a thing of the past. In my eyes, Stoudamire
is a bust. He didn't make the Blazers any better. Since getting Damon,
Portland has traded and drafted other point guards. I don't see how this
situation with Bibby is any different. What is he going to improve? I know
one thing - the team will not be as exciting to watch.
The Kings did
a dirty little thing in turning their back on J Dub; he is the biggest
reason the Kings got national attention. And I don't believe that it was
Webber who caused it, because the Wizards had Webber, too. The reason I
really want Webber to stay is because I don't wanna hear any excuses, that
had Webber stayed with the Kings, they'd have been better. And after they
don't improve, who will they have to blame? Webber? Sac treated Williams
like the red-headed step child. I can't beleive the nerve of this team.
If it wasn't for J Dub, a lot of the interest the team has received over
the last few years would not have happened.
Bibby is just
like Stoudamire, he was taken from a no pressure situation and now he has
to produce every night. Who do these people think they are kidding? Bibby
will fold just like Damon. Guaranteed. The Kings will not win no more than
55 games. Guaranteed. With Webber, they will have no excuse. I hope
he stays. I really do. If so, they still will not make it past the Lakers.
Guaranteed.
