The 2003 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament is underway. The P.I.T. invites 64 college basketball seniors to improve their NBA draft hopes by playing in the tournament. Most top NCAA seniors do not attend. Last year, only 7 seniors were taken in the first round of the 2002 NBA draft, and none played in Portsmouth.
