Default does anyone other than phil jackson use the full court press?

i saw him pull it out in the Lakers SPurs game yesterday and it reminded me of the old 96-98 bulls

Of course not. No other team is allowed to use it.

When PJ won his 9th ring, the league rewarded him by instituting a new rule which outlawed any other team other than his to use the full court press. If another team uses it, it's an automatic technical foul and $5,000 fine.

I thought this was common knowledge
