Where did you find those stats? I know Barkley put up some killer numbers. And yes, Barkley = a big man.

Barkley had some imressive games. It took long enough to list the games, I didn't want to spend another 20 minutes listing his.

You might want to correct this to show the real amazing stat line.
24pts (12-19fg)
28rebs (10orb),
15blks ,
3ast
If you look up playoff stats then you will really be able to pad Shaq's stats.
Here's some great ones just from the finals:
28pts, 20rebs, 9ast, 8blks
43pts, 19rebs
40pts, 24rebs
44pts, 21rebs, 7blks
36pts, 21rebs
40pts, 12rebs, 8ast
36pts, 20rebs
I can't find the exact stats but he was on the verge of a triple double in GM1 of the 95 finals.

It's funny because this link has 15 blocks:
http://www.basketballreference.com/t...19931120&tm=nj
Yet this one has 5:

Anyway, my apologies to the big man. Didn't mean to take away 10 of his blocks. For the record, Orlando won 87-85 at the Meadowlands.

Re: Most impressive game stats for a big man since 1991
Hakeem and Robinson had a lot more great statlines than the ones you posted. Here are Hakeem's best in 1993 alone :
34/10/7 bl. on 13-20 in 39 min.
28/20/5/3/4
33/17/8 on 16-20
30/12 in 29 minutes
28/13/7/4/5
39/13/5
40/9/10 bl, on 16-22
35/13/6/6 bl
42/12/6
38/8/7 bl, on 14-22
31/14/5/7 bl
30/18/4/8 bl
28/18/5/5 bl
26/20/7/6 bl
32/9/6/3/9 in 34'
27/15/4 bl, on 12-16 in 34'
34/15/7/4 bl
27/10/5/4/6
38/14/4 stl
34/17/5 bl
38/19/5/4 bl
42/13/6/5/4 on 17-25 in 36'
45/14/4 bl
29/16/8
29/14/4 stl/6 bl
33/13/5/5/5
38/13/4/3/7
He also had streaks of 15 and 14 games with at least "1" in every statistic category (pts, rebs, as, stl, bl).
So, let's not pretend that Shaq is in a category of his own when it comes to impressive statlines from 90's-00's centers.

Re: Most impressive game stats for a big man since 1991
This is pathetic, none of you have mentioned the most impressive big man stat for the past century:
http://www.nba.com/games/20070415/NJNIND/boxscore.html
http://www.basketball-reference.com/...D20070415.html
Jason Collins: 0 points, 0 rebounds, 0 assists, 0 blocks, 0 steals, 1 TO, 5 PFs, 23 minutes.
Can't get any more impressive then that.

Re: Most impressive game stats for a big man since 1991
I'll throw in some lesser known player's statlines.
How about Kaman and Brand combining for 60 points and 40 boards. Kaman also had another 20/20 games a couples months later.
Shawn Bradley has tons of great statlines....
32/16
32/15/4/3
28/22/9 blocks
25/16
23/22/4/5
23/22/13 blocks
21/17/4
19/17/11 blocks
17/15/11 blocks
17/13/10 blocks
14/14/11 blocks
To go along with many other games where he had hugh rebounds/blocks numbers.
Donyell Marshall had a 35/20 game a few years back. I also remember Anthony Mason(not actually a big man though) had close to a 20/20/10 game. I also know Dikembe had tons of great statlines, I'll try to post some later...
