oh, really? that's sufficient help now, in one of the deepest conferences ever no less? a 16/6 malcontent and a 27 year old chucker who had one decent season on a **** team now means you should be a title contender when your coach, bench, other big men, and other playmakers are nonexistant?
He's between 6 and 8 IMO, and I'm somewhat of a hater (I like to think realist, but deepdown, I think I'm a hater). I'd list Kobe, Duncan, Wade, Bron, and Dirk all ahead of him, and Nash might be as well.

yes KG is a top 10 player. he's a top 5 player.
dont superstars make their team better...
look at kobe now...
and i considered myself a kobe hater since his rookie year.
From a Kobe/Lakers fan, Kobe's teammates are much better than KG's are. And I'm pretty sure they've had it in them all along, all it took to get them to play the way they are this year was some trust from Kobe's part.
aside from odom, the other lakers are on par at best with the twolves.
garnett is not even close to being on the level kobe is.
replace duncan or dirk with kg and i dont see the same success that each respective team is having.
Granted the Lakers also have a much better coach in Phil Jackson, a legit no.2
option in Odom, who can do a little bit of everything, and a lot of big bodies upfront.
They lack in terms of scoring from the guard positions, but then again, Kobe basically takes care of that.
So that team is well tailored for Kobe ... the Wolves ... not so much for KG. They're just kinda slapped together by McHale.
I don't think KG's had a true legit no.2 option in ages.
Winning? We're 3-3 since he went down, and our wins have come against a beat up Houston team, Minny (where we had to have a HUGE comeback), and a NJ team who've been playing like bum all year, and lost their only inside presence in the middle of the game.
Let me be the first to tell you, we miss Lamar. A lot.
KG is certainly top 10. He's in my top 5 still. The team build around him is horrible. With the exception of Ricky Davis and Foye, there's no promise in that roster.
