Saturday night in Indiana, the Pacers, who have been playing the best basketball in the entire NBA so far this season, beat the Los Angeles Clippers 106-92.
The Clippers have been playing very well even without injured point guard Chris Paul. But they were outmatched tonight. And the star of the show for Indiana was Paul George, who unleashed 36 points on ridiculous 12-of-17 shooting, including 5-of-6 from three-point range and a perfect 7-of-7 free throws.
George also had six rebounds, two assists and three steals in the win.
Also for the Pacers, guard Lance Stephenson continued his great play with 22 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and a steal.
For the Clippers in the loss, Blake Griffin met his match against the great Indiana defense, shooting just 6-of-18 for 19 points, eight rebounds and four assists. Jamal Crawford scored 22 points on 18 shots off the Clippers bench, but no other L.A. player scored more than 12. As a team they shot just under 40 percent.
But the story of the evening was Paul George throwing down a 360 dunk that is considered "the Vince Carter" All-Star 360 windmill dunk. This is the Paul George 360 dunk of the year. The best in-game dunk of the season as far as we're concerned. Check it out:
