· Since missing the second of his two free throws vs. San Antonio, Jan. 16, Reggie Miller has hit 21 straight free throws, including a season-best 7-7 FTS vs. Detroit, Jan. 20. Miller is ninth in the NBA in free throw accuracy at 87.8 percent.
· Scoring 20+ points for the first time in 14 games, Sixth Man of the Year candidate Al Harrington came off the bench to lead the Pacers in scoring with 21 points at Washington, Jan. 24. That was the fifth time this season, and the second since the end of November, that Harrington has led Indiana in scoring.
· NBA MVP candidate Jermaine O'Neal has blocked at least three shots in each of the last nine games. In those nine games, he has averaged 3.89 bpg and has had five blocks three times. O'Neal enters this week with a total of 125 blocked shots, third most in the NBA and with an average of 2.78 bpg, which ranked fourth highest in the league. Heading into the game against Phoenix, Jan. 28, O'Neal needs three blocked shots to become the fourth player in franchise history with 700 blocked shots in a Pacers' uniform. He has blocked 850 shots in his NBA career.

This Date in Pacers' History:
January 29, 1996 After leading the Pacers to a 4-0 record by averaging 25.5 ppg and 3.5 apg, Reggie Miller is named the NBA's Player of the Week. The award is the second in Miller's career and he is the first Pacers' player to ever win Player of the Week twice in his career. Miller's 102 points during the four games includes a 40-point effort vs. Phoenix, Jan. 23, in which he shoots 12-16 FGS, 6-8 3-pt FGS and 10-12 FTS.
