The Chicago Bulls today waived forward Chris Jefferies.

The 6-8, 230-pound Jefferies appeared in 21 games last season, including 19 with the Bulls, and averaged 4.0 ppg and 1.4 rpg. In his two NBA seasons, he has played in 72 games between Toronto and Chicago, and averaged 3.9 ppg and 1.2 rpg.

Jefferies came to the Bulls on Dec. 1, 2003 via trade with Toronto, along with Antonio Davis and Jerome Williams, in exchange for Lonny Baxter, Donyell Marshall and Jalen Rose.
