I picked the Panthers. Bad choice. They lost. The U.S. women gymnasts didn't.
Those girls kicked butt...well worth staying up til 1:15. The judges made for some good drama too.
I watched the game up til around halftime. I assume Moose is ok after that hit in the endzone? Have to say it was very nice seeing him on the field in a Panthers' uniform.
I couldn't believe last night's Panthers against the Redskins game. I guess the question is whether the Panther's line-up will work against the likes of the Colts, Cowboys, et al...........Prior to last night Washington was 3-0 in the pre season. What a way to end.
Panthers pick up Josh McCown from Miami. He's the 7th year vet who will be second behind Delhomme while Moore will be numbe 3 and Basanez will likely be relegated to the dung heap. (Cut and maybe re-signed to the practice squad). All this according to http://www.charlotteobserver.com/pan...ry/161168.html.
I hope that the quality of our play against the Redskins was not a fluke.
Well, Basanez is out as are Decori Birmingham (I can't believe they'd cut him) and McGlover (can't believe they'd cut him, either). With Steve Smith out for the first two 'real' games do y'all still think that the team will have a touch time against San Diego?

I don't know, but I have a feeling we'll do pretty well considering the circumstances:
1. Away game
2. No one gives us a chance
3. Defense has been strong
We always seem to get fired up under such conditions.
Oh man that was unbelievable! A bunch of us were at a friends house because they have this huge HDTV and we went apesh!t when Rasario caught that TD....freakin awesome.
