Is that a joke?

Beasley was being guarded by a player that's been in the NBA for 2 years now and is probably going to be a main option at PF for the Bulls.

So are you suggesting that Chalmers has more potential then Tyrus Thomas?

Wouldn't it be harder going against a former lottery pick who has played 150 games in the NBA then going against a 2nd round rookie who has played 0?

It is ok to be happy that your player did well in the summer league.

Like others have said, if you can't dominate the summer league you in trouble.
He did get checked by some young Bulls big men.

Take it for what it is worth, but remember it is still worth a small something, too.

Jazz fans thought Ostertag was better than Duncan when he dominated TD in Summer League way back when. Summer League = meaningless. It's good to see your picks perform well, but it really doesn't mean a whole lot.

Dwight Howard shot like 1-13 in his first SL game.

He outplayed Duncan. Maybe not dominate, but he did struggle.

He blocked him 5 times, and scored signifgantly more (21 ot 14) and outrebounded him by a little. Obviously TD became the far superior player, but he was dominated when he tried to go inside against ostertag.

Summer League doesn't mean a damn thing. John Lucas III was the Summer League MVP two years ago. You know where he is at now? I don't know but I know he's not in the NBA.

He started in the D-League and then played two seasons in the NBA. His career PER is under 11, so yeah, he like just misses the 12th man spot. He's not in the D-League right now, maybe he's in Europe.
