Brandan wright would average 17 and 9 if he played 32-35 mins/game......Nellie needs to give the guy run before trying to py big bucks for another pf.........when was the last time a traditional pf succeeded under Nellie?

Interminator is too dumb to accept an offer like that. He rather accept less "Money". Seriously. Would you turn down an offer that is worth more than the qualifying offer? I certainly wouldn't turn down an offer that is worth more.

Great steal by Golden State IF he ends up going there.
If they get Elton Brand but lose Baron Davis, just how good are they?

Exactly, what do you even do with 100 million dollars? Throw it at strippers every night? Thats only about a million a year! Ivest it for retirement? Who needs 100 million?

Seriously, what would you do with it? Most of it will sit in the bank

Hell, John Q didn't even need $100 million

That's because you're not in his predicament. You will accept 60 million because chances are you will never see that much money in your life, but when you have an opportunity to make even more, you usually are tempted into taking it.

After he retires, he still has a good 30 years to live in this world and money will matter then. He can support not only his current family but his future family as well, money matters in this world.

That house been on the market for a month. Since June 5th. Elton Brand and his wife are expecting their first child. Could have something to do with them putting their house on the market.

I wouldn't go back to the Clippers if I was Brand. In my eyes they still arent a playoff team. They're starting a 2nd year forward, most likely an undersized rookie shooting guard, and what is their bench made up of? Livingston (if he comes back) is a FA, along with Fazekas, Williams, Davis, Dickau, and Ross. Cuttino Mobley/Tim Thomas can still put it in the bucket I guess...but ehhh. DeAndre Jordan not ready for any kind of minutes. Go to a winning situation Brand, get your money.

What exactly are the Warriors winning? My team is no better. But I'll take Brand if he wants to come, lol.

Better than if they kept Baron Davis but didn't get Brand... so better than they have been the past couple years. Give me good interior D, scoring and rebounding over a good PG any day.
