Love that pass, went straight to Mike Gminiski for the easy layup.

great video! barkleys pass was awesome but peja beats it just due to distance on the other hand number three is seeming like its better than peja's because of the incredible english on it when it hits the floor and the quickness, he had eye contact the entire time though

Peja's pass is very nice, but its one of those things that are more looks than effect, and more luck than skill.

I will take Stocktons outlet to Malone by simply virtue of the setting, clutch time in the NBA finals.

Great thread, pejas pass is ridiculous. I personally love the long outlet passes for difficulty. I think those passes are harder to pull of then a fancy behind the back pass from a closer distant. This is one thing I absolutely loved about shaq in his LA years his ability to hit that long outlet right on the money to a running kobe.Damm almost brings a tear to my eye.

As usual: Take 10 of the most famous passes ever and here's your top-10 ever... Honestly, if we compiled a real top-10 of passes, blocks, baskets, etc, it would mostly include passes never or rarely seen on film. And some of them made by no-named players, which would actually be mildly annoying to a casual fan.

Look at the play #2 here. I'll take this pass over anyone of these supposed "top-10 ever":

Vlade Divac to Robert Horry for the three. They were on different teams though

how about Magic's bounce pass while sitting down?...

and it may not be the greatest assist ever, but the greatest alley oop ever is Kobe to Shaq against the Blazers.

A great year for basketball.

pass # 2 resembles a few passes Nash has done this year... one that I have still instilled in my memory was on National TV - when he passed to barbosa, between two defenders...

indeed a great pass from Peja!

(altho it's done inside an ASG...)
I think Isiah's fullcourt bounce pass to MJ can be considered one of the best passes in NBA history.
