rebound like hell.

then on offense, while they are still learning the plays, I would ask them to set up picks both on ball and on the weak side. This makes sure that there will be lots of ball movement + the oponent has to do a lot of switching and chasing.

on defense, defend the basket upto 16ft. challenge the opposing team to hit a couple of 3's. not really letting them get open but just cover them by raising your arms etc and not aggresively guard them outside.
