Once you've posted here more, and aren't brand new, the ability to give rep opens up and you'll see it on the left side of the screen near their nickname

Id like to see a national "say no to troll" day here on ISH, where all any trolling in the NBA forum would result in a 1 week ban, so that only pure intelligent basketball discussion exist for just one day.
