You have to post a certain number of times and you will gain the ability to create new threads. Not sure the exact number.

Jeff can get a mobile version of this forum software from its developer, I'm thinking its vbulliten. We can maybe fundraise for him to buy the mobile skin. It shouldnt cost too much.

there is no fundraiser needed.
