Agreed somewhat, but i'm also thinking in how the additional player would co-exist with the current star on your team.

LeBron on the Blazers.

PG: Blake
SG: Roy
SF: LeBron
PF: Aldridge
C: Oden

A few years from now, that team (with our pretty deep bench as well) would win many championships.

Right. Like how he ****ed everyone up on the National team.
Get real, if you add Kobe with KG, Pierce, Allen. That's a guarantee. He'll spend most of his energy on D.

Dwight Howard or KG

Parker
Ginobli/Barry
Bowen
Duncan/KG
Howard/Duncan.

Dominating post play right there.

I'd take Darko on the Kings, for a more realistic move.

KG/Pierce/Ray/Kobe would be a nightmare lineup for the coach. It'd be like trying to coach an all-star game 82 games a year.

Artest and J. O'Neal for Vujacic and Brian Cook. Not asking for much.

Fisher/Farmar/Crit
Kobe/Artest/Evans
Lamar/Walton/Artest
O'Neal/Turiaf/Lamar
Kwame/Bynum/Mihm

They are a primarily defensive team and Kidd would add all of the intangibles, and plus it'd allow T-mac to be delegated into more of a scoring role rather than a playmaker and scorer. Also, the fact that Kidd grabs a lot of boards helps out Yao since he's not really a defensive player.
Eh, using smart veteran play against Nash isn't a good argument. This Suns team would've been in the finals each of the past lord knows how many years if they played in the East.

Including Kidd into the lineup means you have to choose whether or not to run the offense through Kidd or through Yao, because either one instantly becomes less effective as soon as you have to choose. Kidd's not a bad spot-up shooter, but he's nowhere near the level of Nash, who can fit into absolutely any offensive system. Run the ball through Yao if you want, Nash doesn't suffer, and shoots a ridiculous %. Take Yao out, and you still have absolutely everything Kidd would bring, plus a much better shooter. Kidd's defense and rebounding, while a major improvement over Nash's, isn't enough to make me take the average shooter over the amazing one.

Add: Dwight Howard
-Why: Hi/lo with Dirk would be unreal, his defense is top notch, he is barely old enough to drink, and I would love to watch Devin Harris and Dwight Howard develop as a duo over the next decade.

Release: Nick Fazekas
-Why:

A. He sucks
B. He is on the roster and DJ Mbenga is in Golden State because of it.

Dwight Howard would look best in a Sixer uni. We need a post presence more than any other team in this league and junk Dalembert and his low IQ inconsistancy.
