well sooner or later Atlanta was going to have to get it right. they've drafted Forwards in the draft (always really high picks) for what 4 or 5 years now.
Childress, J.Smith, M.Williams, S. Willaims, and now Horford. I mean how many high draft pick Forwards do you need on 1 team. like others have said, somebody needs to tell their management that there are other positions available in the draft.........say......................POINT GUARD.
...For instance, and a very extreme example, but Hakeem was a "mistake" but not a bust.
Find it dificult to call a two-time champion and top 5 all-time center a mistake. Jordan's the greatest, and Dream was drafted before him, but there's no guarantee that if Jordan had gone to the Rockets that he would've won 6 championships.
Don't agree with that. He has the smooth jumpshot, but him attacking the basket is anything but smooth and he often gets his shot blocked. I think reaching his full potential he is closer to an Antwan Jamison.
Honestly him being god if anything means I was right on my first impression of him, and then wrong in writing him off so early. Either way hope he keeps his play up to this level, a player with the talent and athleticism he has should be a borderline all-star if he puts in the effort.
