loved his game. scrappy, smart, dead eye, could play both guard spots, super competitor. just reading his name improves you 3 point %age by 0.10.

Great player but he was almost 30.Eventually he would've fell off and just been a 3 point shooting role player.

But hes been nearly forgotten in Basketball history

He was a GREAT shooter. NBA Hall of Fame no, retired jersey no. His career was cut short obviously and that is definitely sad.

He isn't forgotten. He's one of the most overrated players in the history of this league. what did he do to be in the HOF? career avg of 15 ppg?

Ughh, you've already proven countless times that you're a clueless moron, but I'll still indulge you by explaining this to you.

It is called the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. Notice the lack of reference to the NBA? The NBA was only 10 years old when it was founded. Many people enshrined in it had nothing to do with the NBA.

good, smart, no bs, and hardworking player. would had loved to had a guy like him on my team anytime. but ever since his death, it is true that he's been overrated. he's not a legend, not in terms of pure basketball skills. but he is a legend in terms of being one of the pioneers to come over and bridge the gap between american and european basketball. he was one of the trend setters who broke through and help globalize the nba.
