It just struck me that TJ should really be looking to try to take more of a leadership role this season. When they're having their asses handed to them he's generally the only one showing up.

Ford is the only player on this team that has played consistently well so far this season.

This offense is brutal to watch in a half-court set. What are the players being taught to do? I'd really love to know. Bargnani has improved his rebounding but other than that, I see nothing new with his offense. Same thing as last year.

I think Ford has improved over last year. He seems much more under control.
