Arrow Orlando @ Toronto 7:00 EST: Raptors pop Shogon's cherry tonight

C- Dwight Howard
PF- Rashard Lewis
SF- Hedo Turkoglu
SG- Keith Bogans
PG- Carlos Arroyo

C- Andrea Bargnani
PF- Chris Bosh
SF- Jason Kapono
SG- Anthony Parker
PG- TJ Ford

Toronto is coming off an embarassing loss last night and we'll see if they come out firing on all cylinders tonight or still have a hangover. They are playing at home, where they are quite dangerous and that will give them a slight advantage this game. Orlando is starting strong once again (3-1) and are getting good contributions from guys other than Lewis and Howard. Can those two players take advantage of Bosh and Bargnani's lackluster play of late?.....

Matchup of the Game

Bosh/Bargnani vs. Howard/Lewis

Prediction

Raptors win at home in a bounce back game 102-96.

And now popping Shogon's cherry is as affordable as ever as the Loonie hits $1.10 USD.

Will the Raptors continue to absolutely suck on offence? Will Sam actually have some faith in his starters? Or will he switch to bench players at the first sign of trouble?

Logic dictates that the Raptors should be able to win this game pretty easily, but they need to have some consistent offensive production, and that has not happened the last 2 games. It was TJ Ford who kept us in that Boston game, everyone else was awful, and nobody came to play against the Bucks. I believe that the Raps will get things back on track, but it had better be sooner rather than later.

Bosh always plays like a monster versus Dwight, but in his current state of health, I'm expecting another 17/8 performance tonight in limited minutes.

I predict a Toronto loss, 89-80.

1.10? Nice. I've been holding off putting 1 grand into US currency. Hopefully it keeps on going up so I can get a nice return once the Canadian dollar falters.

Would that actually work? I mean, I thought you had to pay a fee to switch currencies, so wouldn't your profit be eaten up?

yes, the margin of difference would have to be huge (in currency terms) to really make you a profit.

I don't get charged anything.

I could make an actual profit of hundreds of dollards easily.

I go to Scotia Bank. I don't get charged. I'm looking to make a profit of over $200 if I play it smart. Maybe you have to be a private client or something.

I'm praying for 17/8 from Bosh tonight. It's clear he's still getting his legs back, but this scoreless first half stuff won't fly.

Who can we expect to be guarding Andrea tonight? Rashard, Hedo? I see no reason why at least one of Bosh/Bargs can't dominate depending on matchups, as will be the case in most games.

P.S. hippos, your setup for game threads is money. I'm already hyped.

Bosh will play a normal game tonight....17/9....and Humphries behind him will get 11/7....Andrea will have an off game with 8/3....Ford will have a good game with 15/9 assists.....

I predict a 93-90 Raptors victory

PG- Carlos Arroyo
That's always good to see when you're an opposing team. Arroyo is on that Antoine Walker/Larry Hughes intelligence level.

The Raptors better win this one. They didn't even show up for the Milwaukee game. After this it's another back to back in a couple days.

What happened to Nelson? Hope the Orlando shooters have an off game as we need a double every time Howard gets a touch. Rasho would be the logical choice here but he'll probably get only 15 minutes . Need a bounceback from TJ, never really had any playmaking going the beginning last game.
