The Clips are better than even us fans thought. They
will be competitive and in most games until the end.
A few breaks our way and we could end up with the
7th or 8th seed.
Chris Kaman was a monster and he looks lighter, quicker, more mature,
and he is playing like a 7 footer. The guy has toughness.
He got slammed in the eye by accident after challenging
a posterizing dunk. He lost the battle but won the war by
grabbing all the boards (19) and putting in 26. It was an
all star performance. I think we can put him down for a
15 and 10 season if he is healthy and consistent.
As for the rest of the team, we have depth but we lack a
superstar (with EB out). The team chemistry is great.
Cat's unselfish is the example for the rest of the team.
Give the maligned Dunleavy credit for opening things up and admitting
his mistake by cutting Korolev. Q Ross has added range with the 3.
Ruben Patterson adds attitude to the team; teams wont
mess with the Clips with Kobestopper out there.
Thornton is the best draft pick since drafting Tyson Chandler
for the Bulls. He is a man out there unlike Korolev and Livingston.
Next year this team will be contending with or without OJ,
although getting OJ and Agent Zero would make us better
and ready to hang a red white and blue banner in Staples.
