#88 - Alonzo Mourning. ‘Zo’ is one of the toughest players of All-Time. He has so much heart and just won’t give up, plays each game as his last. He made 5 All-Star teams, Two All-NBA Teams (including a first) and 2 DPOYs. He had success in Miami going to the Conference Finals in 97 but coming up short to the rival Knicks a lot.

Re: Official #89 NBA Player Of All Time According To ISH
I don't believe in exact rankings at all, for I feel that they represent a simplistic, contrived, cheap, and fallacious form of analysis that reflects the sadly technocratic and mechanical manner of modern thought. The idea that one player should be "88" and another should necessarily be "89," as if everyone can or should be discretely separated in descending fashion, is ludicrous and represents nothing but bureaucracy and the artificial sway of information science.

-ISH Poster, not me
While I do agree with this statement, I believe there is a lot more to this list than simply ranking players. It has been a real education for me to find out about great players of different eras. I think most ISH members are grown up enough to realize that lists like this are not worth much in the real world. And it has been a lot of fun reading the opinions expressed.

Players to consider Ben Wallace???? If that is so, I vote for Theo Ratliff...No seriously I vote for Mark Price...
Mark Price was an excellent point guard who made alot of teams regret not going after him in the first round when they let him slip to the second..Price, the Cavs greatest point guard of all-time, was known as one of the league's most consistent shooters. He finished his career with a 90.4% free throw shooting percentage, placing him as the league's all-time leader in this statistical area, and a 40% three-point field goal shooting percentage.
Re: Official #89 NBA Player Of All Time According To ISH
Shawn Kemp- One of the greatest player to ever wear the Sonics Uniform. I really missed this guy he is one of the most agile big men of all time that came directly out of HS.
Kemp's career peaked in 1995-96 NBA Season, when he led the Sonics to a franchise-record 64 wins and their first NBA Finals appearance since 1979.
His Seattle Supersonics, however, managed to push the heavily-favored Bulls to six games, which turns out to be one of the greatest match up for the Bulls in the NBA Finals.
