I actually think they're thin at PG. I don't have a lot of faith in Jameer Nelson, and watching him play last season I can see why he slipped to number 20 in the 04 draft. I'm not sure he fully knows how to play point guard yet, and the guy had more than one game last year with 0 assists. Dwight freakin' Howard in the post, and you can't pass the ball to him once?
Also, I really felt like Dwight/Darko could've become a killer big man duo for the next ten or so years.
don't forget Ariza... he could be a 6MOY contender...
Cam Ariza play the 2? Cause they could even play him ahead of Reddick. Especially if they are playing a team with an above average SG seeing as Reddick isn't going to stop anyone. Although you go from one guy who is a good shooter, but not a good defender to the opposite.

Hedo and Rashard would be better at the 2 then Ariza.

Ok, then you could move Hedo to SG and start Ariza at SF. I guess Ariza starting depends on how well Reddick does. Is he going to be given a chance or are they gonna bench him?

Ariza showed a lot of potential last year and Redick seems like a 6th man anyway.
That's probably their best line-up. I'm sure it's better having Lewis play PF then having Battie or Foyle start at C.
Hedo can play some PF...But their lineup should look like this...
Arroyo (more of a pass first point guard)
Reddick (pure shooter, needs some run)
Lewis (6'10, with long arms)
Foyle (shot blocker)
Howard (I don't have to say anything about him)
Bench
Jameer Nelson (can score in bunches, but needs the ball)
Trevor Ariza (athletic guard who play good defense)
Hedo (played 73 games last year and avg around 14)
Pat Garrity (quality big man/solid rebounder)
Tony Battie (can play the 4 or 5)
And then there is Keyon Dooling, Keith Bogans, and James Augustine...They have a pretty good team...I see them being a 6-8th seed....

lol @ you saying Arroyo is a pass first PG
lol @ saying Pat Garrity is a quality big & solid rebounder
Unless Stan Van Gundy pulls a rabbit from his hat, Orlando is .500 team in my opinion.
Their first offensive option is Dwight Howard. Howard has an extremely limited offensive game. His offensive arsenal and understanding are not yet at a level that allows a team to function effectively on the offense if he is the focal point.
The roster is made up of a bunch of poor passers. The only player on the team that can make consistently good post entry passes is JJ Redick. Up to this point Redick has been confined to a role-playing shooter’s job.
The team’s actual best offensive player, Rashard Lewis, was brought in to be a secondary option to Dwight Howard. Lewis has never played in an offense that wasn’t based on perimeter play. There’s no telling how effective he’ll be in an inside to outside offense.
Honestly, I don’t expect very much from this Magic team. If they pass the 43 win mark I’d say they had an outstanding season.

unless the bench is gonna get HUGE minutes... i doubt they will go into this line-up... Arroyo isn't much of a pass-first neither and Nelson is the main reason why they made the playoffs last season... Foyle is washed up... unless they want him to play 2 minutes and get Hedo in and let him win 6MOY...
