I was looking at their team and losing Darko and Hill probably won't hurt them at all. They have a few good possible line ups to try but this one seems the best.
PG- Jameer Nelson
SG- Hedo Turkoglu
SF- Trevor Ariza
PF- Rashard Lewis
C- Dwight Howard
Now that Rashard's in the East he can play a lot more power forward. He is a good kind of tweener..too big for most swingmen and too quick for most big men yet at 6'9" 230 he is the size of many PF. Rashard keeps getting better every year and honestly I think this will be his breakout year. He average 22 and 7 in an injury plagued year but with Dwight Howard he should get more open shots and with him playing in the Eastern Conference he will get more minutes at PF and more rebounds. I expect huge numbers from Shard something like 26.0 ppg 8.1 rpg 2.5 apg 1.2 spg 0.8 bpg. Orlando is interesting because they have 2 all stars Howard and Lewis, a solid starter Turkoglu and 2 very talented but raw starters(Nelson and Ariza). Nelson and Ariza will be the difference between this team being a 41-41 team or a 50-32 team.
They don't have a shooting guard. They need to move Hedo for somebody who can play the two. Maybe if they tried Hedo and a pick for Ricky Davis at the deadline or something they could sneak in the playoffs.

They are as good if not better than last year but I doubt that they win 50 games. Hedo will get burned if he plays the 2. They still have some things to change. Lewis isn't going to have a picnic at PF in the East, there is KG, JO, Bosh, Randolph, Sheed, ect. And if he plays PF then there is more chance of him getting in a miss-match with a center.
Funny how you've mentioned size when bringing up specific positions for a certain player. Completely irrellevant imo. To me, you just need certain skills / legit Power Forward aspects to be considered one. And frankly, Shards similar to Jamison in a way -- the offense is there, defense.. eh, you decide.
Anyway, hell's breaking loose if they start Turk at the 2. If you haven't realized. Should and I hope, for the sake of their season, they start something like this. Let Ariza spread his wings for once.

C. Howard
Let Turk and Dooling come off the bench.
Yeah off the bench, Turk and Dooling would bring in some fire power...
That's not really the word. He's consistent as he's aging. He is just plain dumb. He pulls up for jumpers when he could have easy dunks. It's his decision making that kills the team because he likes to handle the ball and screws it up a lot. Otherwise, the guy improved his shooting and his defense is getting better. You couldn't get him for a pick though. He's getting paid for what he does. He's not overpaid.
