yeah, he was the first NBA player to do a between the legs dunk in a game.

if we extended our top 20 list to top 30, then Ricky Davis should be on that list for real.

lets compare it to other lists:

Since the NBA season is over and baseball is just midway through. I have decided to break the ice and name the Top 25 Dunkers of all time. the criteria is:

1.Reputation-Your legacy.

2.Highlight Reel-Your body of work

3.Swagger-Your finish

4.Creativity-Your creativity.

5.In Game Dunks-The dunks you did well guarded or in games.

6.Nostaliga-The way people remember the dunk.

Feel free to leave comments and suggestions on who should be where. since your opinion is respected. So here is the list of top 50 dunkers of all time:

1.Vince Carter- Two Words Fredric Weis. Also his dunk contest dunks were crazy. He has 100 dunks you could pull out to prove my point. Check it out on youtube.

2.Julius Erving- Anyone who has watched basketball knows that the doctor is the greatest old school dunker of all time

3.Darryl Dawkins- The Chocolate Thunder was the games best power dunker. Almost everyone has saw his dunks that shattered the backboard.

4.Shawn Kemp

5.MJ- Number 23 was the greatest player of all time, but not the best dunker. he is good enough to break my top 5 though.

6.Dominique Wilkins-He was called the human highlight reel for a reason. His in game dunks are better than some people's dunks in the Slam Dunk contest. arguably the best player to never win a title.

7.Kobe Bryant-You may be suprised to see him this high on the list, but this one time slam dunk champ has some of the most memorable in game dunks of all time. his dunk over yao Ming is legendary.

8.Spudd Webb-The best short dunker of all time. his apperance in the Slam dunk contest puts him in the top ten.

9.Josh Smith-This guy could move up the list before he retires. His in-game dunks are extrodinary and his performance in thae Slam Dunk Contest he won was phenomanal.

10.Lebron James-A great dunker. it is a shame he doesn't participate in the dunk contest.

11.Nate Robinson

12.Clyde Drexler

13.Tracy McGrady-Ask Shawn Bradley

14.Shaq-He is here because of his power

15.Scottie pippen-That dunk against Ewing in the playoffs was AMAZING. That is a classic.

16.Ricky Davis-Geat dunker, mediocre player

17.Tom Chambers- He sneaks in under the nostaliga category. Great dunk the shock value was classic. Mark Jackson must still have nightmares about this one.

18.Jason Richardson-You can't argue about a back to back slam dunk champ

19.George Green-The reinging slam dunk champ is one of the few bright spots on the celtics roster.

20.Allen Iverson-He is in here because of shock value. A guy so short with such a good vertical is phenomanal.

21.Baron Davis-That dunk over AK-47 in the playoffs is a modern legend

22.Dawayne Wade

23.Charles Barkley-Coast to coast worthy of top 25 status

24.Carmelo Anthony

25.The guy who did the 720-Amazing
