Dominating "practice" games and dominating games that COUNT are different.

Kobe > Melo > Durant > Anyone else on Team USA

Yet, Carmelo Anthony will still be the hands down best performer for Team USA.

WHY exactly is LeBronze STARTING?

Can't shoot.

Can't defend.

Can't deliver in the clutch.

Can't run the offense properly.

Can't make a FT.

He shouldn't be the top reserve off the bench for this team.

I'm sure NIKE had something to do with him starting.

"Hands down"???

Only IF Kobe elects to not participate in the upcoming Tournament of the Americas.

Until then, this is KOBE'S TEAM.

Accept it.....or learn to accept it.

Lol practice.

We all know who will truly dominate for team USA when it counts, someone they were missing last year.

this is America's team, not Kobe's team. Everyone on that squad must play together. shouldn't matter who the #1 player is. If USA can't do that, it's gonna be another embarrasing Olympics for us.

Melo's game is made for international ball because he plays like a throwback player from the 80s/early 90s. those types of guys can play against any style.

-50+% mid range shooting (to go along with a Barkley like aggresiveness around the rim and a decent 3 pt shot when he has to take it)

-welcomes contact
-fundamentally sound at EVERYTHING.
-one word.....CLUTCH.

im not saying he's top 5 in the league or anything like that, but this guy is pure oldschool. he's a bigger, faster, stronger, smarter version of prime Glenn Robinson.

Melo and Kobe need to be the 2 go-to guys on this team.

team USA = fail
they lost terribly last few tournaments becuz of their attitude.
lebron probably hit up the prostitutes after their game lost.
he no sportmanship, wlak off after losing.

team USA will continue to lose to european teams, they got no teamwork, all want to score 50 points and dunk on ppl. lebron will single handedly ruin ur team.

"I love Carmelo," Krzyzewski said. "Carmelo's a winner. He's a heck of a competitor. He plays with courage at both ends of the court. He's so versatile. He's so strong. He can shoot the heck out of it. I'll take him on my team anytime.
Great. Didn't showed much effort on defense on the Nugs for big stretches last season. Want to see him develop more as a defender.

Melo simply knows how to attack zones better than most. With Denver's 3pt woes ever since he's been there all he sees are zones. He had international experience before even coming to the NBA against zones. Not to mention dominating zones in college. Great fundamental offensive player
