I would have Cleveland, Chicago, Detroit, Indy, & Bucks in that order. Chicago will be a very close second, tho
Why do you have Indy and Milwaukee in there? I understand they can still be legit teams that can handle the 7th-8th spot in the East, but saying they'll be running behind teams like Detroit? Cleveland? Chicago? Unless i've missed a major transaction Bird did this summer, there's no way in hell Indiana gets the 4th spot, let alone actually making the playoffs.

They almost made it last year. Fell apart at the end. Seems like they stopped listening to Carlisle. Possibly will stay focused this year.

I really don't see Cleveland doing any better then last season. Hell they might drop of a game or two. It's not like they improved in the off-season.

1. Detroit
2. Chicago
3. Cleveland
4. Milwuake
5. Indiana

Wll gibson certianly improved as the season progressed so.... Also Anderson Gooden LeBron Sasha should all have improved. Z hopefully hasn't declined, and if hughes comes back to form. Cavs will run away with the east.

If you happened to catch Gordon in the Det-Chi series that is beyond crazy. He got worked. Billups is still better than both of them. I mean, if CHicago has two players better than Detroit's best player, they shouldn't have lost in 6.

Am I actually the only one that thinks Kirk Hinrich should be higher on your list? Ben Gordon isn't the best player on the Bulls. He's either the 3rd or 4th best player depending on how much you value interior defense.

It's close between Michael Redd and Billups for the 2nd best player, Redd if you like a one dimensional scorer who will average well over 25 a game, or Billups, if you want a point guard who gets it done on both ends.
