That's a ridiculous comment. In the same fashion, how many players can model their game after someone with a ridiculously low 40 yard sprint time and a reaction time and level of coordination probably beyond anyone on this board? They're NBA players - of course there's going to be vast differences between us and them.
And if you watched Tim Duncan at all, you'd see there's an absolute tonne of stuff you could learn from him. Look at his vast array of post moves, his footwork, his timing, his selective positioning (especially on defense), his decision-making, the way he reads and passes out of the post before double teams can even get there - that's the stuff he excels at. And furthermore, that stuff doesn't rely on having a 40 inch vert/being 7ft tall.
