    Default Why doesn't Dan Gilbert hire Ray Allen as a shooting coach?

    Lebron's best shooting years were in Miami.

    A big part of this could have been to do with being around an all time great shooter in Ray Ray. I remember there being talk of them having shoot outs after training.

    Why not hire someone who has a proveb working relationship with lebron, with a shitload of credibility?

    You know there are trainers that specialize in shooting.

    You know Ray Allen had his own professional shooting coach.
