Hate when that happens. It happens in like 90% of dunk contests though where the better dunker loses because they're actually trying to put on a show and there's another dunker in the contest just doing safe dunks, and the former misses their last attempt

He should of saved his best dunks for last. Why waste everything in the begging and then at the end you do something you never even tried? but props to my man James White though.

He has tried and done that between the legs from the free throw line. It was just a matter of the whole 30 second shotclock thing making it harder on you because they start the close as soon as you touch the ball, then you got to run back to the end of the court, then run up to get your momentum for the dunk, and if you miss you have wasted all the time. Same thing happened this yr when they started the clock before dude even got everyone to move out of his way so he only had about 15 seconds really
