oddly I think Rodman could be a pretty good coach if given a chance. I think he will settle down with age, and he always had very good basketball mind.

Gary Payton was asked about coaching later in his life, and he already has said no, after he retires he wants to be done with basketball. So based on that, you probably won't see him as a coach
