hey ive been watching a lot of warriors games as of late on league pass and i have to say this monta ellis has really impressed me. Now that i think about it, he just may end up being the best player out of his draft class, even better than chris paul! I know ellis will never be a ten assists a night type player like paul but i think that he has huge potential to be a 30 point per game type. If iverson can do it then so can he. Does any here besides me think that monta ellis will end up being the best player in his draft class?

anyway I wouldn't say the best player in the draft but he will be very good. Like jmewls said, he will be a 25ppg guy. In the off-season the warriors will probably get trade jrich to open more playing time for monta. If the Warriors want Ellis to stay in golden state, you have to give him more playing time other he will want to leave.
granger is a very versatile player, yeah ellis will score more then granger but thats all he'll do, granger will get blocks, steals,rebounds, defense. Granger>Ellis IMO

yeah granger is more versatile. But Ellis is a very good defender, moves his fell well and can draw the charge. His also very good at stealing the ball..I think he got 6 steals last game..

I didnt really know of his defense, but all i was saying was my opinion and i think granger is better then ellis all around, I just think saying ellis will be the top player out of the draft is ridiculous. ellis is good and on his way up but I just gave 5 players i'd take over ellis
you cant be serious lets not start overrating the guy i think 19/4/4 is a more realistic outlook
So your saying he's only capable of getting just 3more points and a rebound from what he's already averaging?
It his 2nd year, and i think the potential ellis holds is huge. Maybe i'll go abit lower, something like 22/5/6.. But 19/4/4, i think he could do that next season.

Yeah i agree with you about Ellis isn't the best player in that draft. But i think you are being a bit harsh on the young man saying that you would choose 5 Players in that draft over him.
