Bogut vs. Bosh. Who'd win in a fight?

If the elbows had been anything major, he would've gotten called for them. The push, while unnecessary, was ruled a flagarant, no? So should all flagarants be suspensions now because Kobe smashed a few people in the face? Some people are STILL overreacting to this.

But anyways, he got fined $25000 for the bird. which is exactly what Smith got for doing that same thing earlier in the year. THERE's YOUR CONSISTANCY.

There was an intent to clearly hurt Bosh and it was outside the context of the game as the game had already been decided. The elbow may not look bad but Bosh was obviously bothered by them and complained about it after the game. The push was ruled a flagrant but that doesnt mean it doesn't warrant a suspension? It was unnecessary and potentially harmful. That was the criteria set with the Kobe suspension so why is the same criteria not brought upon Bogut?

Why suspend Kobe then , why not issue his elbows as flagrants (like the Korver incident) or fines?

That wasn't the only thing though. The three things together all ocurred in about a 1 minute span so all three of them should be taken into account when considering Bogut's punishment.

Believe me there's nothing against Bogut here, I actually like watching him play but the criteria for suspensions these days seems really really fishy...almost like there is a double standard. Could Bryant really get away with a push like that at the end of a game and then an "obcene gesture" to the fans right after? You are kidding yourself if you think he could.

Bogut's shove wasn't that bad. You see stuff like that happen all the time. His elbow wasn't very nice but it wasn't a huge issue. The finger wasn't cool. Could've gotten a 1 game suspension but I guess that's up to the Bucks org.

You're sounding like Kendall Gill anno 1995. Pampered whiner.

this happens all the time ? yeah right, we are discussing nba, bunch of adults playing basketball, what bogut did was dirty and completely unnecessary, we arent discussing WWF and a bunch of big oafs in leotards emasculating themselves here.

and if we get to use a past teammate, it's such a good game, RAFAEL ARAUJO!!! I swear it'd be impossible for anybody to beef with us, especially like last year... Antonio Davis, Hoffa and Joey Graham on the same team...

Never seen that elbow until now. I bet Bosh was talking trash at Bogut all night and Bogut couldn't take it so he lost his cool.

When asked about the dirty plays, Bosh after the game said "When you kill someone like that, that's what they're gonna do." Great response

I think the interview is on youtube btw.

Let's face it, Raptor fans are ultra-sensitive. I would say they feel the pain that Bosh felt. They suffer a condition likened to Couvade Syndrome or sympathetic pregnancy.

Bogut's play was a little elbow. Cheap, yes, but lets be honest, a little nudge. The push was a slight shove out of frustration and also to put Bosh off the layup. And the BIRD, oh well he did it to his own fans, so the only way to apologise is to WIN GAMES.

In conclusion, Raptor fans are most likely NBA fans to be befriended by Tim Hardaway. Nothing wrong with that Daarrling

Um, this thread has been more about Kobe's suspension and the NBA's inconsistency in discilplining players than about Bosh.

Bogut showed himself to be a punk and frustrated child, but that low level of contact is not worth suspending someone for.
