What help would LeBron James or Dwyane Wade be to a rookie Shooting Guard who doesn't effectively move without the ball? What help would Shaq be to a young center who has no post moves at all?
Right now the NBA style of play relies heavily on athleticism. If you stick guys in the D-League you can encourage them to learn the game. Learn the fundamentals and improve their understanding of the game.
