Default Might be Jermaine O'Neals last season. Why didn't he sign with a contender?

I just read about this now. I was very impressed with his game the other day. Now he says he might retire after this season. I wonder why he didn't sign with someone better than the Warriors. He should have gone back to the Heat or signed with the Spurs or Thunder. Or even return to the Pacers and retire there. He could have been back up to Roy Hibbert.

The Warriors would be contenders if Klay got better and the team meshed more.

They almost beat the team that had the Heat beat.
