I imagine the force his feet experience when he is doing his thing on court would be a lot, plus he has basically lived on a bball court since he was young.

Also why are his shoes to small for him at the tip? They are designed specifically for him? Unless he wants it that way.

You want a smaller impact area on your toes so that you can put more pressure on them. Shoes are naturally designed that way though. I shudder when I see women in pointed heels.
