Eli 2 Super Bowls 2 Super Bowl MVP's. 8 playoff wins. 7 on the road.
Romo ?? I forget.

And during that timeframe, Romo has had teams with BETTER regular season records, which means better play. (2-2 vs. 0-4, cowboys better.) Your logic. I agree.

So essentially Eli takes weaker teams to greater success.

What a scrub.

Yes Romo is better now. So when their careers are done, Eli will have titles, Romo will have better numbers in years both teams won nothing.

This isn't fantasy football dude.

Note: You always want to argue the Giants had better teams, but in the years we won, one year you had a better team record wise, and the other year you were right with us until Romo cracked and overthrew your reciever, and turner it over a bunch of times second game.

You = win moral victories.
Me = Super Bowl Memories.

If that was the case, Eli would have won those regular season games as well. You can't give him sole credit for playoff wins and hold the rest of the team responsible for regular season losses.

So all of those guys do better than Brady in his position? With Romo the Pats are 4-0 right now? Take away all those QBs top 5 targets and they're doing fine? They all still have great numbers with an undrafted rookie and converted college QB as their main weapons?

Question: Does anyone have less experience and talent at the WR and TE positions than the Pats right now? Yet Brady still finds a way.

aside from the fact that "teams" win, not QBs, the only really convincing win the Pats have is over the Falcons any even that team looks to be overrated anyway...

the Patriots have beat the Jets, Bucs, and Bills...BARELY beating the Bills and Jets

and answer to that question is YES, the Rams do

it isn't "Brady finding a way" it is the team/coaches "finding a way"...and right now they are finding ways to beat really bad teams

NFC East is the most fun division because there's so much trash talk. Other divisions have a team or two that have no rivalry with any teams in the division. Here, everyone hates each other

Then why pay Romo so much money? Ungodly money, blocking the team from making more moves. Why not get a lesser QB, upgrade every other position and win "team ball"?

If Romo doesn't play as well as he does the cowboys are a much worse team. Your argument doesn't make any sense. You are complimenting Romo for leading the NFC East at the same time you say it's the team, not the QB.

Comparing him to Brady is delusional. Just absolutely delusional. he shits on Romo in every way possible. And i hate the Patriots. Brady not only wins, he gets stats, and he wins even if everything else goes to shit.

QB is the one position where they track wins and losses and there's a reason for that: They touch the ball on every play and have the greatest impact of anyone on the outcome. They aren't the only reason for the outcome but more often than not they're the biggest. You completely ignore the fact that Brady has played without last season's top 5 targets and has still found a way to generate enough offense for the team to win.

You might have a point if I was trying to argue Brady over the season Peyton Manning is having. I'm not. It's Tony Romo I pointed out here. Looking at the "bad" teams NE has beat, the Jets are 2-2. So are the Bills. Guess who else is 2-2? Dallas. Arguing strength of schedule is generally useless when you are talking about an elite pro sports league and it's especially irrelevant when we're talking about 4 games. But if you want to go down that road I'll also point out that Brady hasn't been blessed with 6 turnovers like the Cowboys were when the Giants practically gifted them with a victory (seriously, why couldn't Eli play like that against our Pats? Oh well).

So you're good with me saying Tom Brady is more or less responsible for his team not winning a superbowl in almost ten years?
