One thing about wade people don't realize is his wingspan. I think he has like a 7 foot wingspan which is why eventhough someone like Blake Griffin appears and is taller, he's not a rim protector because he lacks the long arms.

Actually, Pippen did it in 1990. Jordan last put up 200+ steals and 100+ blocks in 87 and 88. Besides that, Hakeem did it in 89. He's the only player in NBA history to record over 200 blocks and 200 steals in a season.

Yeah I don't remember the exact career accomplishment it was, but I remember it being a big deal back in 2009.

What's impressive is that Wade gets a lot of his blocks at the rim, many against much taller players. He's never been an elite leaper and even with his length he doesn't get up as high as guys like Jordan, Pippen, LeBron, etc..., but his timing and instincts are remarkable.
