He's played about half the Heat games so far, not playing back to backs...etc. There's no reason he shouldn't be beasting with that amount of rest, knowing his talent capabilities.

nevertheless...Harden is the best SG in the league, Wade can be it but he's too inconsistent to even be mentioned in this right now (and over the past couple years)

He missed 6 games. Played 18. Harden is not even close to being better than Wade. You are talking about consistency and think Harden is consistent? STFU, dude.

18 of 24 games is not about half; it's 75%.
Harden has played 21 of 25.
Wade is right above Harden in PER.
This is a guy who is shooting 59% in his last 9 games played...
This is a guy who has shown more consistent defensive effort and prowess than Harden.
I think it's safe to say that Wade is better but Harden is right there.

If you include defence, Wade is still a much better player than Harden is.

Anyone got the Heat's defensive numbers w/wo Wade; anyone got Harden's?

Maybe I exaggerated a bit, but I'm still taking Wade over Harden. Sure Harden scores a couple more points than Wade, but Wade negates that with his impact on the defensive end.

EDIT: Also, Wade doesn't get superstar calls on a regular basis anymore.

Lol Harden..The guy gets by on quickness and athleticism alone. Wade is always trying to make the best basketball plays with skill and vision. Its not comparable as we all know Wade has been the best SG for many years (arguably last 4 of 5 years). Remember how badly Wade outplayed Kobe last year? It was like schooling a Rookie.

A lightwork 32 on 60% shooting against the best defensive team in the league. Is this 2011 or 2013?

Dat GROVER plan.
