That's just shameful. Kobe would destroy him 1-on-1 I think.

Really doesnt look that way in a non-exhibition game where Lebron usually is less lackadaisical.... to not even give an honorable mention here is just desrespectful, he has never guarded somebody 6'9-260 especially not with that athleticism to boot... any time Kobe has tried to guard Lebron 1on1 he has always either drived past him or overpowered him like a ragdoll... T-Mac, Carmelo, Arenas would only chuck.... and most importantly defensively none of those guys Kobe mentioned gave more problem to him than Lebron....

Overall offensively/defensively i cant think of somebody who gave Kobe more trouble than him.... can you? Well, he played against Jordan partially in the late 90s, but that was it...

LeBron really isn't a great 1-on-1 player, his skill set is fairly limited and he isn't going to win on speed either when it comes to a first step.

No competitor is going to let a rival player block his shot twice in his face like that All-Star game or not; that was just embarrassing, especially when you're the taller player.

LBJ fans are so funny with this H2H crap.

what this H2H got to do with what kobe being asked?

LBJ is not tough period.

Kobe never chooses to play with Shaq he got traded to LA.

but he did choose to not play with shaq and he won with the 0-12 playoff record of Pau gasol.

why Lebron his tough? cuz he run to play with wade just so he can choke in the finals? he need to kiss ray allen ass forever. ray is tough.

Actually Shaq came to L.A. because of Kobe. I will make a thread later on today about this.

Im not really sure if you are serious or what agenda you have.... but 6'9-260 with that athleticism and ballhandling........ we see everyday what that does 1on1, the only way you can guard Lebron is if you have 4 other guys behind you ready to trap/shade/double-triple team and force him together to maybe shoot (which he does pretty well) or kickout to an open guy if he doesnt decide to bulldoze through your entire interior defense for and1..... but now you are alone......... and not only that, he will be able to guard YOU much better than you can guard him aswell......

good luck having more success 1on1 against Lebron rather than somebody like Arenas, Iverson, Carmelo, T-Mac...

You may have just started to watch and follow basketball but everyone that knows anything about basketball, very few on ISH, will tell you that Kobe has the advantage 1 on 1.

We already seen what Kobe did to Lebron in an ASG environment. Where egos are on the line, biggest game of the year of the regular season. Granted the outcome doesn't matter but being called out and schooled like what Kobe did to Lebron is plenty evidence who would win 1 on 1.

Another thing, why do Lebron fans get all upset because he didn't mention Lebron? You assume that's his toughest opponent when it's not. They play different positions and hardly guard one another.

Lebron puts up great numbers but he's not consistent enough to play fierce and intense all game. It's almost like he's a product of the system. Too many flaws in his game to be even mentioned with the greatest players of all time. Anyone on the top 10 list have very few deficiencies and holes in their game.

Shaq and Lebron are the only two I know that relies heavily on strength and athletic ability except Shaq actually has some skills, nifty post moves and great passing.

Ah mr troll... yea im sure its a great fantasy.... Maybe if Lebron was 6-6 / 200 lbs and that kindof athletic aswell like Kobe.....

But in reality 1on1 is the absolute worst place to play Lebron.... you dont even need any skills whatsoever if you are 60 lbs heavier/stronger, 2-3 inches taller and faster etc..... all you need to know is how to dribble and then you just drive past / overpower your little guy over and over..... and if that guy defends you wont have any advantage either unless you want to shoot.... its not like this is Shaq we are talking about, Lebron will be able to stay with you better you can stay with him.....

Nobody is upset... those "stans" are just ironically chuckling considering the circumstances of their head-to-head outcomes in both performances and outcomes of the games.... compared to those other guys he mentioned.... its just funny thats all...

Kobe with those shitty smush-walton-k.brown line-ups kills LBJ! Easy!

9erempiree > Kobe mentioned Marbury, Arenas, who played a different position than him. He mentioned Durant who plays the same position as LeBron.

Almost everyone in the top 10 has at least one big weakness: Russell wasn't a great scorer, Wilt couldn't make free throws, Magic didn't really defend, etc.

Also, you just mentioned Shaq's passing as something he apparently has over LeBron, which is simply insane.

I have trouble finding any part of your post that isn't wrong or illogical.

I'm neither a Kobe nor a LeBron stan, but it's pretty obvious if you know the guy that he deliberately avoided mentioning his rival. It's called pride, and it's something I can understand.

He rarely guards Durant and Melo as well but he mentioned those guys. I think that is the point of this thread.
