Default the Nets better suited to

The Nets are the true threat to the Heat come post-season. If the Nets can stay healthy and ready... honestly seems to have the most chance to knock out the champs.

The Bulls' offense isn't good enough to beat the Heat imo (but I hope they do as a Bulls fan). They got better all-around players, but offensively they aren't consistent. The Heat seems to always get fired up when the Bulls go physical, but the Nets got Pierce and Garnett, two composed veterans who have experience beating LBJ. And I know it's just two games into the season, if the Nets can keep a nice flow of offense. They can be the kryptonite of the Heat.

against the Heat,

Nets
-Good size on the perimeter & got offensive creators
-Good rim protector & arguably the best post scoring big men
-Style of offense (If you look at the starting five and if they know how to share the ball, nightmares for all teams come playoffs)
-Hall of Fame veterans who can still score and make clutch plays

Bulls
-Good size on the perimeter
-Good rim protector but the only real post scoring big men is Boozer and we all know he can be real inconsistent when it comes to big games.
-Style of offense is based on good defense and great efficiency. If the Bulls can't get the defense going or neither having a great shooting percentage. They can lose pretty easily. Unless Rose makes clutch plays for the Bulls and this can be really limiting.
-Great defense and real physical but sometimes this fuels the Heat and when they start making buckets.... unless Rose does something idk who can match their scoring opposed to the Nets.
-Lost Belinelli and Nate who can create some buckets.

Pacers
-Kinda similar to the Bulls but got better rim protection and a legitimate all-star shooting guard and better post scorers. If PG can generate some good offense, it's a toss up between the Nets and Pacers.

I'm just making this thread for people who think the Bulls are the biggest threat. I want the Bulls to win but among the 3 teams, seems like more things have to fall in place for the Bulls to win than the other two.

I agree. Didn't think much of the pre-season games but after watching tonight, I have to admit the Nets are the true threat to derail the Heat in the East. Can they? We shall see.

Did you come to that conclusion before or after the 10 point lead?

I came to the conclusion on the Grantland Network preview of the Nets.

The shot charts made me realize the team made sense from the shots they took from the field + a stacked bench.

Link?

Kirlenko, Pierce, Garnett, Lopez, J. Johnson, D Will, Jason Terry, etc can match the buckets made from LBJ and the crew.

Deng, Hinrich, Butler, Boozer, Noah, Rose,etc... can't confidently say the same thing as the Nets, too many things to fall in place. And come playoff time everyone plays defense.

Nets and Pacers are similar.

Pacers are just younger and they have a low level pg but Hill is still good just not Deron good.

Pacers and Nets(stay healthy) are Miami's threat.

If the Bulls get another scorer/playmaker the will be a threat too

The Nets got established veterans and idk if the Pacers flow of offense can be good as the Nets can be.

And the Bulls ain't getting shiz if you look at our cheap ass front office that the gm values his baseball team more.
