Default Pistons rebuild idea this summer

1. Trade Greg Monroe+Jerebko+Stuckey+2nd round pick for Aldridge+filler (I dont think Monroe is a good fit with Drummond both being centers, Por does this because Monroe is only 22 and cheap).

2. Trade 8th pick+ to Denver for Fournier

3. help Golden State clear up by absorbing Jefferson,Biedrins and Rush. in exchange for couple future picks.

I still stand by my NBA 2K13 offseason. I predict the Pistons accidentally sign Chris Paul and Andre Iguodala, turn down a dejected James Harden who wanted to sign but no longer had a spot, pick up Vince Carter for low pay, acquire B.J. Mullens, draft Otto Porter and somehow convince Charlie Villanueva to change his mind and not pick up his option. I think that's probably the most feasible path.

sign robocop to be a 6thman off the bench. reports coming out of his camp, say that he has really developed into a lethal 3pt shooter.

Nuggets fans really like Fournier (second coming of Manu)

but i guess the FO might take that deal

I want Iggy to resign. But Detroit should try to overpay for him. Great fit

Monroe is a PF who was playing as a C. He and Drummond will tear up the league for the next 10 years.

They need an elite wing scorer and they will be set.

hmm no , do you even watch pistons game? Monroe cannot guard PF, CANNOT. plus he and drummond both plays in the paint means there is no space for guards to drive at all.

I'm pretty sure Blazers would jump at the chance to trade away perennial All Star Lamarcus Aldridge for that.

He can't guard C's because they are too strong for him. Monroe is certainly a PF playing out of position.

Gasol and Bynum both played in the paint and look what they did together. Look at Gasol and Randolph now as well.

When people say Monroe and Drummond can't play together that's not true, Monroe for a big is near elite passer and can play at the top of the key, he does tho need to work on his jumper.
