He doesn't have enough information to speak. You want Obama to come on TV and say what? There was an explosion that might be a bomb but we cannot confirm and there might be more but we cannot confirm and people may have died but we don't know and we don't know if it was an attack or who is responsible or anything.

So is this a terrorist attack from Al-Qaida or just some crazy americans that take politics way too seriously? The small blast radius suggests rookies with pipe bombs, don't think terrorists would target a marathon and fail so much that they only kill people in single digits or none at all.
