Default Hypothetical Phoenix Suns question:

Assume the Suns core 7 was (current day not in their prime prime):

PG: Baron Davis/ Shaun Livingston
SG: Eric Gordon/ Brandon Roy
SF: Danny Granger
PF: Amare Stoudemire
C: Greg Oden

Do they make the playoffs? How many games do they win in a season? How far would they go in the west?

Now of course I'm assuming that they're all healthy & have the magical Phoenix Suns medical staff. I say this team wins 45 games & makes the playoffs as an 8th seed.

If they're all healthy? That's gotta be a 52 win team that's makes it late into the second round. Maybe further.

That is a big what if. Because Amare and Oden are NEVER healthy.

Aside from his microfracture surgery and eye surgery, Amare was generally healthy most of the time he was in Phoenix.
