Kobe may not have played for the fans, but he is right that people look forward to seeing players like him and LeBron.
LeBron has stated such saying that he doesn't want to disapoint fans.

If you can't see the attraction of watching one of the greatest basketball players of all time play live, there's no hope for you.
It's like being able to watch Lebron, Wade, Dirk, Duncan play live at least once in your life.
