Magee with a hat trick

Keane with good measure.

No Donovan, No Beckham, no Problem!

Looked as good as ever. Once Donovan comes back Franklin will probably slide back to RB.

Mike Magee is probably the most underrated player in MLS.

Hands down he is. Dude has been solid and at times, has impressed me more than Becks & Donovan last year.

Watching the US-Mexico U20 game?

TFC doesn't look that bad at the first game against Whitecaps. Those two English league emergency imports look fine but still need times for them to adapt. Kyle Bekker played quite well also.

I hope the home opener will turn out well.

So-so night for the MLS in the CONCACAF Champions League.

Sounders lost 1-0 at Tigres while Houston took care of Santos 1-0 at home. Galaxy drew 0-0 with Herediano in Costa Rica.

These are good results for MLS. Now Sounders, and LA are going home so they bettter win...I know sounders will draw a lot of fans. Lets hope LA does as well.. It will be hard for Dynamo to win in Mexico but anything is possible

Tough for MLS teams to go to central american countries and draw out results. Long travel, hostile environment and budget/compacted schedule of MLS teams make it difficult.

It is. I thought the Galaxy got jabbed on a call or missed call or two, but I'll take a draw on the road. With the weekend off, I fully expect us to take care of business next week.

While Houston has the aggregate lead, I can't see them holding on in Mexico. Seattle needs to take advantage early.

Was at TFC vs Sporting KC at SkyDome today. Earnshaw netted two for a 2-1 win!! About 24k fans showed up today. It obviously can't match the last year game at the same place against Beckham's Galaxy but it is alright for a regular MLS game.

Seattle Sounders is indeed getting Obafemi Martins as their third DP. He even pays his own buyout clause with Levante.
