Who is the fastest player in the NBA with and without the ball?
I remember Jeremy Lin having a faster 25 yd time than John Wall, but slightly lower top speed at the combine. Is Lin still fast?

Baseline to baseline I know Devin Harris established a Guinness world record for fastest. It was done during all star weekend in 09 or 2010.

All-time is easy DENNIS RODMAN had springs in his step. Even at age 35, this guy was so quick off to the other ends with those long hop steps he took. & his lateral sideways movements both sides was quickest I've ever seen. unbelievable. a reason why he is the GOAT defensive player ever.

for all those saying lebron without the ball but not with the ball. why? he travels every time with the ball so 1lb isnt slowing him down.
