no its not the franchise, they would never risk their credibility to the fans, players who are in contract years, have large contracts they must live up to, players trying to get their first taste of NBA big money.
I think the recent news about those Florida clinics supplying athletes with steroids and the Orlando Magic players might be connected.

Seriously though the Cavs got screwed, and the Lakers could have. It's quite obvious that at least 50% of their all stars in 2009 were taking PED's. One of them even got caught, and didn't get suspended until the next year... That player then almost cuts his stats in half the following season... Wonder what happened?
